  1. Give this 5/5–but as a question to ask yourself! You need to know what you want in order to go after it. I think visualizing this for yourself is very powerful, so I imagine the same would be true for others. It seems to also require 1) time (lots to think about!) and 2) willingness to be vulnerable.
